SHIPPING TIME

Order Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

The delivery process is divided into:

  • Processing Time: This includes order preparation, assembly, and other pre-shipment tasks. Duration can vary based on the destination address and our efficiency in preparing items.
  • Shipping Time: Begins post-processing and depends on the chosen shipping method and destination.

Take note that the order cutoff time is set at (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time.

There might be delivery delays during peak seasons and promotional sales.

Shipments are made through USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. The total estimated delivery duration combines both processing and shipping times.

We handle orders on business days, which are Monday to Friday, Eastern Standard Time. This excludes postal holidays such as New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION

Some shipping carriers may take 5-7 business days to update tracking information. If it’s been over 10 business days since your order and the tracking hasn’t updated, please reach out to us at [email protected].

Shipping Delays

If your package doesn’t arrive within 45 days, we’ll refund your order in full. Should your package be delayed, kindly raise an inquiry. We promise to get back to you within 12 hours. We appreciate your patience and continued support.

If the tracking shows ‘complete’ but you haven’t received your item, first check around your premises. If that doesn’t help, get in touch with the courier, whose details are in our shipping notification email. If the issue persists, reach out to our support at [email protected].

We’re not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete destination details. Ensure your shipping information is accurate during checkout. If you spot an error, reach out to us at [email protected] immediately. However, there’s a 48-hour response time for emails, so if your package is dispatched within that period, it’s beyond our control.
